1. Soft and Pretty
Everyone from Kate Spade to Tibi celebrated minimalist, soft pastel nails on the spring runways. If your little one is the classic feminine type, she’ll love this sweet take on Cinderella glam. Bonus: we love the pearl bead accessories on the border. Get the look by painting a layer of a light pink and applying the micro beads using a sealer gel to lock them in!
2. Bright and Beautiful
Alice & Olivia, Del Pozo, and Novice went wild for brazen blues, wild oranges, and and candy yellows. Alternate patterns with brights to go for this fun look under the sea.
3. Keep On Pressin’
Every lazy girl loves a good press on nail pattern. Thank goodness the designers embraced them on the runways this year. To get the look, mixi and match images, then top them off with a clear polish to finish the look.
4. Dark and Witchy
Not every princess is sugar and spice. Channel your girl’s wild side with a metallic pattern. After all, why can’t the evil stepmother have a little fun? Add a subtle strip of metallic to a dark shade to get this look.
5. Tropical Flower
Designers went mad for Monet on the Spring/Summer runways. We love this artistic take on Ariel’s tropical underwater paradise. Paint a pretty flower in a contrasting bright shade over a base coat to copy this cool take.
7. Bling it Up
Style stalwarts like Oscar de la Renta celebrated a gilded kingdom on the runway this season. Rock the ice your own way with metallic colors covered by sparkly extras. Seems like it would be right up Elsa and Anna’s alley.
8. Pop Art
Modern art, from Roy Lichtenstein’s dots to Andy Warhol-worthy graphics, inspired runway rock stars this season. Channel your inner artiste and try painting a princess without a face (or create your own futuristic princess with an image you love!!)
9. Crown Your Princess
Punky accents rocked the runways at Novice, Rebecca Minkoff, and Philip Lim, who experimented with playful designs along the nail’s edge. We have a feeling Jasmine would approve of the the crowned jewels below.
