Depending on the service, feature, contest or sweepstakes etc., Townleygirl.com may request personal information including your first and last name, home or other address (such as school), telephone number, E-mail address, guardian E-mail address or any other information that tells another person who you are. Townleygirl.com will never ask for your credit card or banking information, or any other financial information unless a product is being purchased through our e-commerce store. A link to the Privacy Policy exists on every personal information request form.

  1. Free Townleygirl.com Online Newsletter: You can subscribe to Townley Inc. free on-line newsletter to receive Townley updates including events, promotions and website news. We only collect your e-mail address if over the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must provide the e-mail address of a parent or guardian before you will be able to receive future issues of the on-line newsletter. Townleygirl.com will notify your parent or guardian of the on-line newsletter subscription and give them the chance to cancel the subscription.
  2. Online Contest/Sweepstakes: You can enter contests or sweepstakes sponsored by Townleygirl.com or Townley Inc. Our contests and sweepstakes require a minimal amount of information to register, but we always collect your E-mail address so that we can notify you of the results of the contest. If you are under the age of 13, you must provide the E-mail address of a parent or guardian when entering the contest and Townleygirl.com will notify the parent or guardian of your contest entry and offer the ability to cancel the entry. Townleygirl.com is prohibited by law from conditioning your participation in a contest or sweepstakes on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate.
  3. General Fan Email: We do not collect the E-mail addresses of people who write to us via E-mail except to respond to them. Unless we know that we have received the E-mail from a reader who is 13 or over, we will discard the E-mail addresses within 30 days.
  4. E-commerce Store: If you are purchasing a product through our store, you will be required to enter a credit card and shipping information. Credit card information is stored through our secure, third party supplier, Shopify, and is not accessible to Townley employees. Shipping addresses will be used solely to ship products ordered.

In regards to any of the above platforms, Townleygirl.com will not disclose or sell any of the personal information provided via the specified retrieval platforms to any third parties unless required by law or when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interfering with our rights or property, or Townleygirl.com users.
